Conduct - (time and possession)

Nations have a symbiotic dependency on their inhabitants' conduct. As they gather and live closer together, disputes arise. Conduct is a human act. The act is a result that is permissible or prohibited. The use of land possession and time used are elements granted or denied.

Codification

  • Each standard of conduct is first a constitution, followed by a written code of law.
  • The inhabitants have a duty to obey the law.
  • Plus, officials have a fiduciary duty of performance of their Public Law.

Misfeasance
Improper and unlawful execution of an act that in itself is lawful and proper.

Malfeasance
Misconduct or wrongdoing, especially by a public official.

Nonfeasance
Failure to perform an act that is an official, contractual, or professional duty.
